  • Create and manage your EasyQ account and authenticate your access.
  • Book OPD tokens with hospitals and clinics, manage your queue position, and communicate booking details.
  • Share relevant booking details with the selected hospital/clinic or doctor so they can manage their OPD flow.
  • Improve and personalize the Services, including through analytics, research, and product development.
  • Send service‑related communications (e.g., confirmations, reminders, alerts about delays or changes).
