These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasyQ mobile application, website, and related products and services that enable OPD token booking and queue management with hospitals and clinics (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Nature and applicability of terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and EasyQ (“EasyQ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally competent to contract under applicable law to use the Services. To access certain features, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your Account.

3. Nature of EasyQ services

EasyQ is a technology platform that helps Users book OPD tokens and manage waiting time with participating Healthcare Providers. EasyQ does not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided solely by the relevant Healthcare Provider.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, and respect hospital/clinic rules. EasyQ may suspend or terminate access if it believes you have violated these Terms.

5. Token booking, rescheduling, and cancellation

By booking a token, you authorize us to share relevant details with the Healthcare Provider. Token confirmation is subject to acceptance by the Healthcare Provider. Late arrival may lead to delay or cancellation at the sole discretion of the Healthcare Provider.

6. Payments

If EasyQ provides online payment features, you agree to pay all applicable charges shown in the App. Payments may be processed using third‑party payment gateways. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with the refund terms displayed at the time of transaction.

7. User–Healthcare Provider relationship and disclaimers

All interactions between you and Healthcare Providers are strictly between you and them. EasyQ is not responsible for any consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or negligence by a Healthcare Provider.

8. Content and intellectual property

The App, website, and all related content are owned by or licensed to EasyQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You must not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EasyQ does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or achieve any particular outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyQ and its officers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
