Our usual response time is within 24–48 business hours, depending on the volume and complexity of requests.
3. Will I get real‑time updates on my turn?
Yes. The app shows your current position in the queue and notifies you when your turn is getting close, so you can plan when to reach the hospital.
4. Can I reschedule or cancel my token?
Yes, in most cases you can reschedule or cancel your token directly from the app before your turn comes, subject to the hospital’s rules. Any applicable cancellation or change rules will be shown on the booking screen.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all support emails within 24–48 business hours.
During weekends, public holidays, or high‑volume periods, it may take slightly longer, but every ticket will be reviewed and answered.
